\nThe manufacturers of the items presented may make modifications or improvements to these without any notice, therefore if the items differ in any way from the photos on our website , this matter is out with our control and cannot be the subject of any dispute. Colours of the products sold may differ from screen to screen and cannot be subject of any dispute.

\nThe prices indicated on the website include VAT and relate to the cost each individual item.
\nPAYMENTS

\nORDER CONFIRMATION
\nClients will receive an order confirmation in the area reserved for clients and to the e-mail address indicated, with a list of products orders, prices and potential additional costs and delivery expenses. <\/p>\n
\nProducts available in our warehouse will be dispatched within 48\/72 hours or 96\/120 in the case of orders over 500\u20ac. Products not available in our warehouse will be dispatched as quickly as possible. The dispatch time of the order, depending on the case and suppliers involved, will be communicated to the client and will never be over 30 days, and in such a case the penalty cancellation (Legislative decree. n.185 of 22 May 1999) of the purchase and the restitution of the amount will be paid unless otherwise agreed between EUCARE S.r.l. and the client.<\/p>\n
\nNational shipping is done by private couriers.
\nThe cost of shipping in Italy is \u20ac 8,00 vat included.
\n For orders over \u20ac 120,00 shipping is free in Italy.
\nAfter being dispatched from our site, orders will be delivered all over Italy within 48\/72 hours depending on destination and barring unforeseen circumstances.<\/p>\n
\nUpon delivery of goods, we recommend checking the condition of parcel and exact number of goods as indicated on the courier\u2019s waybill.
\nIn the case of a client finding an anomaly, sign the waybill \u201cdelivery unchecked\u201d. Sales documents (receipts, invoices, tax receipts etc) are inside the parcel.<\/p>\n
\nThe client who has requested an invoice and will therefore be using products for professional use can not avail himself of the right of withdrawal.
\nThe private client has the right of withdrawal from the contract without explanation or additional expenses within 10 days of receiving the goods, communicating via registered mail, fax or email to the company EUCARE s.r.l indicating the articles to be returned.
\nGoods returned without original packaging, removed sales labels or which have been used, will not be taken into consideration. The cost of returning goods is at the expense of the client.<\/p>\n
\nAfter receiving the returned goods, EUCARE S.r.l. will check the condition of the goods and if it is within the time limits (as indicated in the previous paragraph), the amount paid will be refunded via bank transfer within 30 days of the client requesting the right of withdrawal after receiving the goods.
\nIn the case of a difference between who made the payment and who received the goods, EUCARE S.r.l. will refund the person made the payment.<\/p>\n
\nAs provided for by the legislative decree 30 June 2003, n. 196 concerning the protection of personal data, one has the right, at any time, to consult, modify or have personal data removed from our archives.
\nThe data controller is EUCARE S.r.l with headquarters in Via Norcia, 22 \u2013 00181 \u2013 Rome. The processing connected to web services of this website takes place in the above mentioned EUCARE S.r.l headquarters and are handled only by internal staff of the office in charge of the processing, or by potential operators entrusted for occasional maintenance work. The processing of data is stored in computer files or on paper in the company\u2019s office.
