DIRECTIONS FOR USE<\/h4>\n

1-2 tablets a day to be taken at night before bedtime, to be swallowed without chewing.<\/p>\n

Ingredients<\/h4>\n

Vitamin B1, Vitamin B6, Melatonin, Griffonia Simplicifolia (dry extract 98% 5-hydroxytryptophan), Magnolia Officinalis (dry extract 50% Magnolol \u2013 honokiol), Hypericum Perforatum (dry extract 0,3% Hypericin), Valeriana Officinalis (dry extract 0,42% Valerenic acid), Melissa Officinalis (dry extract 4% Rosmarinic acid). Excipients: magnesium stearate, maltodextrin. Film-coating: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, Talc, Food Shellac.<\/p>\n

Warnings:<\/strong> Keep out of the reach of children under the age of three. Do not take if pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not take before driving or using machinery which require particular attention. Dietary supplements should not be used to substitute a balanced and varied diet. Do not exceed recommended daily dosage. Do not use after expiry date. The expiry date refers to an intact and correctly conserved product. Keep in a cool and dry place(<25\u00b0C) and keep away from light and heat. If you are taking medicine, before using the product ask for a doctor\u2019s opinion as the extract of Hypericum can interfere with their metabolism and also inhibit their action. The extract of hypericum is contraindicated for children and adolescents.
