Dietary supplement with Zinc, Copper, Iron, Rutin, Vitamin H, E and B3 with sulfur amino acids and plant extracts of Serenoa repens and Bamboo recommended to supplement such nutrients in the case of deficiency or increased need. Bamboo can favour the wellbeing of nails and hair; the biotin contributes to the upkeep of normal skin and hair; the niacin helps keep skin balanced; vitamin E helps to protect cells from oxidative stress; iron contributes to the normal transportation of oxygen in the organism.

Direction for Use

1 or 2 tablets a day, as needed, preferably to be taken outwith meal times; swallow without chewing or breaking..
